This delicious authentic infused extra virgin olive oil is produced in Liguria, Northern Italy. Basil is allowed to infused naturally over a period of weeks in the oil, delivering its delicious flavour and aroma. Providing professional chefs with premium quality and year round consistency, this oil can be used in the dressings, marinades or simply as a dipping oil.
